2. Services Provided

We offer digital creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Branding and visual identity design

  • Social media content and strategy

  • Website design and creative consultancy

  • Digital templates and downloads

3. Project Process

  • All projects begin with a written agreement or proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable within 7 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Klarhaus Creative retains ownership of all work until full payment is received.

  • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

5. Ownership & Licensing

Klarhaus Creative retains the copyright of all original content and creative work produced.

Upon full payment:

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for your intended business use.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the work unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Klarhaus Creative reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

6. Revisions & Feedback

  • Unless otherwise specified, you are entitled to two rounds of revisions.

  • Additional edits beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our hourly rate or as a separate quote.

  • Clear communication and timely feedback are essential to meet deadlines.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project slot and cover initial time spent.

  • If you cancel after work has begun, you may be liable for additional fees based on work completed.

  • Digital products (e.g., templates, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of the product.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any materials or information shared with Klarhaus Creative during your project will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your permission.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.

  • Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the site.
    We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Klarhaus Creative is not liable for any loss of profits, business, or data resulting from the use or misuse of our services or website. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or performance.
