Intellectual Property & Legal Rights

Ownership
All original content, designs, and creative work produced by Klarhaus Creative (“the Work”) remain the intellectual property of Klarhaus Creative until full payment has been received.

1. Client License & Rights
   Once full payment is made, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. This means you may use, reproduce, and display the Work for personal or commercial use as agreed.

2. Portfolio Use
   Klarhaus Creative retains the right to display and share the Work as part of our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Source Files
   Unless specifically included in your package or agreement, editable source files (e.g., raw design files) remain the property of Klarhaus Creative and are not transferred.

4. Restrictions
   You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the Work, nor use it for purposes not agreed upon without prior consent.

Refund Policy 

1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable templates, digital guides, and online resources are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Creative Services

For custom design, consulting, or creative services:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• If you wish to cancel a service before work has begun, you may request a partial refund of any remaining balance paid in advance.

• Once work has commenced, refunds will be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work already completed.

• Any work not completed by Klarhaus Creative will be refunded ​either in part or full, depending on whether any work has been completed and how much.

3. Booking Cancellations

For sessions, workshops, or appointments:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.

• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.​

4. Dissatisfaction

For design, content and marketing services. Klarhaus will always offer 1 revision of any work to make any amendments. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please let us know as part of the revision process. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and find a fair solution. No refunds will be given if Klarhaus don't receive any feedback within 7 days of completion.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the termination of future services. We are always happy to discuss and resolve any concerns.
